A separate department for innovations
From the specialist areas of rehabilitation and orthopaedic technology, our team in the Research and Development Department is working on various individual and joint research projects. Some of which are supported by third-party funding.
In addition, some internal company projects are consistently processded. 3D printing is used to produce tools for the OT workshop, such as individual alignment gauges for complicated fitting situations, orthosis (parts) or prosthesis covers.
The use of motion sensors to measure the wearing behaviour of corsets is being investigated.
